Modular MTM conjugate technology has three interchangeable parts: a targeting molecule (MTM), a cleavable linker, and a drug payload. This lets us swap in different drugs and deliver them through the same validated delivery route.

Different MTM targeting molecules can be paired with different therapeutic payloads via cleavable linkers

  1. Targeting

    The conjugate binds to a macrophage specific receptor via the MTM.

  2. Internalization

    The conjugate enters the macrophage via receptor-mediated uptake.

  3. Cleavage and release

    Inside the macrophage, the linker cleaves and the drug is released free.
